Pretty much finalized low and critical battery notifications: from the todo - [DONE] write a check to see if any other battery device peripherals(PDA, phone, wireless mouse/kb, UPS) exist on the system, if they do the title should remain "Laptop battery low" - [WON'T DO] we might need to make the message "25 minutes remaining (10%)" since the % is more accurate than the time -- if the battery is low/critically low, all that matters is the amount of time left, not the % left - so we don't need to tell users %.
