Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. GPM has gone through some major changes
since 2.24.2, and it would be best if you could test the development
version in karmic (gnome-power-manager 2.27.5) using a daily liveCD
(http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/). If it does crash, have
apport file a new crash report so we could confirm the stack trace is
the same in the most recent version of GPM. this is because developers
are no longer working on fixes for version 2.24.
(setting to incomplete for testing in Karmic. Set back to triaged if
existing in Karmic)
** Changed in: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu)
Status: Triaged => Incomplete
