The plan is to get rid of this big piece of monolithic baggage that is
ia32-libs. It will take a while, but if moving pulse to having lib32
packages helps with that process, then its well worth it.

Long term, there are much better plans for multi-architecture support,
but these are probably a release or two away at least.
