The other dialogs look like gksu, they ask for the password. This one just tells you that it needs you to authenticate and has the authenticate button, no password field. Yes, I click the authenticate button and it doesn't close, so I then click the X. Actually, it seems to be able to change the frequency once, and then it kind of freezes... not sure if that's a separate issue.
