thank you Marcus, scrolling is now disabled in the window list :) I just had to install fakeroot before everything else. note there's already an update proposed for libwnck22, I don't know if this would already disable your patch... let's hope some method to disable this scrolling in the windows list will find it's way officially in gnome desktop : to compile from source is not for everyone.
