Hi Michael, After running the "sudo lspci -vnvn > lspci-vnvn.log" it should have created an lspci-vnvn.log file which you can attach to this bug report. Can you check this this file was created? If so, please attach :)
And sorry, it looks like I typo'd the *dmesg* command I asked you to run. Please retry: dmesg > dmesg.log Again, it should create a "dmesg.log" file which will have contain the output of the dmesg command.
