This doesn't look to me like a bug, but more like intended
functionality: NetworkManager will prefer wired connections when they
are made available. A workaround to this is to manually specify settings
for an interface in /etc/network/interfaces, which will let
NetworkManager ignore the interface.
I'm marking this an Invalid since there is so little information to
suggest that it would be anything other than expected behavior. Please
reopen it if you can give us additional information, and don't hesitate
to submit bug reports in the future. To reopen the bug report you can
click on the current status, under the Status column, and change the
Status back to "New". Thanks!
