Does this problem only occur in Document Viewer (evince) or also in e.g. gedit?
Please run the following command on a terminal for some usefull printing
related information:
apport-collect -p cups 422949
Also provide your cups error_log after trying to print from evince as described
here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems#CUPS%20error_log
