Binary package hint: bluez-gnome
In system -> preferences -> bluetooth I set the options:
in tab "HOSTNAME-0" -> Visible and connectable for other devices
in tab "services" -> input and audio services enabled (by default)
in tab "general" -> receive files from remote devices, set class of device
automatically and only display when adapter present
If I try to send a file from my phone all works ok but with no
authentication (but the option "automatically authorize incoming
requests" in general tab is not checked).

Else if I try to add my PC to the list of personal devices (this is an option
of my phone) my phone it correctly asks for an authorization code.
