Thanks for reporting this bug, and helping make Ubuntu better. Which
version of likewise-open are you installing? Are you using the version
in the Ubuntu Main repository?
The version in the Ubuntu repository has been integrated with the rest
of the distribution, and configuration files mentioned in the upstream
documentation, such as /etc/likewise/lsassd.conf, may not apply to the
package. In the likewise-open package in Karmic /etc/init.d/likewise-
open, and /etc/samba/lwiauthd.conf are still accurate.
