Arrg.... Just realized that the karmic package missed both the notify
and notify-osd plugins. I'll add them in a new upload once the current
package clears the NEW queue.
Steve: Does Xubuntu want to enable notify-osd support enabled by
default? I'll patch settings.ini if that's the case.
