Thanks for looking at that; I have no idea how that happened (perhaps I
somehow accidentally touched mouse or touchpad) but now I at least have
the panel at its usual place.

(First I removed several icons from the panel thus gaining some free
panel area. Then I was able to find that there is an option for changing
the placement of the panel and I used the option. Then, of course, I
placed the icons back to the panel.)

I am just afraid that a new PC user might be quite confused by such an
accidental panel replacement.
