My guess is something was installed with Pulse Audio. I had thought that
Pulse Audio devs fixed this problem, as everyone with KDE saw it a while
back. If you removed Pulse Audio back then, the issue would go away. Now
there has been a person here or there over the past few months who would
popup with this same issue. Is this issue persistent? Thanks!
