I can confirm this bug on a completely fresh installation of 9.10 Beta plus current updates from the repositories. Behavior on my system is an exact duplicate of that described above (ever-looping request to log in to Ubuntu One with your launchpad username displayed correctly) when using Firefox with a completely new profile and no add-ons (which rules out the "no script" add-on being the issue). When attempting authentication with Epiphany or Google Chrome the attached page is displayed instead.
