Thanks for the heads up - but I disagree. #421407 is about proposed partition sizes (especially with dual boot scenarios), whereas this is about not handling the recognized fact that the HD is empty in a sensible way. But as been said there: most newcomers will aim at dual boot, so this one should not be *critical* :-)
