Ok. The problem is the reporter had 2 issues listed here:
1. Firefox prompting to restart constantly on the addons acreen
2. Old language packs are disabled
Since I can only duplicate to one bug, I will make this a duplicate of
the bug regarding the language packs since most people commenting on
this bug inferred that purpose. Bug #441552 will be for the restart
issue.

can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug.
