I suppose the reason is that we are transitioning from PolicyKit to
PolicyKit-1, and that we still need PolicyKit for checkbox. A bug could
be filed about this dependency.

We should also file a bug for the lack of a GUI tool for PolicyKit-1.

I'll mark the current bug as invalid.
