My notebook have one integrated builtin USB wlan controller, lsusb says 
following information, I not using external wlan controller:

When my wlan switch is turned off, ifconfig shows following output:

The problem is not disable the system the wlan controller when the wlan 
switch is turned off.

You would like see this output with me attached?
Or need another test?
