The problem disappered with the latest Evolution version in Jaunty. The duplicate folder disappeared. There still is another problem as now the default "Persönlichl" Adress book is no longer duplicate and can be renamed. But after a restart of evolution the name flips back to the default name "Persönlich" (aka "Personal"). But I guess that is another bug to be reported elsewhere.
