That Binary package hint is done by Launchpad and not by apport. It
isn't a bug.
$ apt-cache rdepends gnome-session-bin
gnome-session-bin
Reverse Depends:
gnome-session
** Changed in: apport (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Invalid
