This error is harmless (which is why we ignore it) since the trigger is
called after the files in /var/lib/ufw have been moved to /lib/ufw but
before the binaries have been unpacked. It will only be seen on upgrades
from 9.04 to 9.10 (and not earlier or later upgrades) and not new
installations.
