I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Thank you
for filing this bug report and offering to help. In order for us to best
troubleshoot this, we need you to attach your
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log file. Note that attaching
syncdaemon.log will show filenames you are attempting to sync with
Ubuntu One. If you do not want this to be public, please mark the bug as
private and this bug report will only be available to you and the Ubuntu
One team.
If you want to help us out even more, you can add the following to your
~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf file:
[__main__]
log_level = DEBUG
Once you've done that, please restart your client so the changes take
affect. This will create some larger
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log files but if the problem persists,
you'll be able to provide us with much better info that will help us
solve the problem.
