I have the same problem with 32bit firefox in amd64 installation. No printers are displayed, just like in the initial screenshot. If I save the file, close evince, start it again from cmdline and load the PDF, then I can print. Additionally some icons are missing: When I start evince from firefox, then the icons for "Best Fit" and "Fit Width" in the toolbar are replaced with some dummy icons; seems as if it can't find the files. When I start evince from cmdline, the icons are displayed correctly. The other icons (find, zoom, ...) are always displayed correctly.
