I get this kernel oops message consistently on a Dell XPS M1530 with Ubuntu 9.10 (upgraded from 9.04). BIOS is version A12, everything in Ubuntu is up-to-date. Probably not related to this message, but I now need to remove the power cable and reinsert it for the brightness to change to the AC default of 100%; otherwise, it sticks at battery brightness level even though my laptop suspended while on AC (worked properly in 9.04). While not too terribly annoying, I definitely hope this can be fixed, and I am willing to help in testing anything.
