The workaround I posted before still needs to be applied to 9.10. With a
small difference:

The string changed a bit, now it comes in the form of:
Before:
<location name="" city="Shannon" timezone="Europe/Dublin" latitude="52.700001" 
longitude="-8.916667" code="EINN" current="true"/>

After:
<location name="Galway" city="Shannon" timezone="Europe/Dublin" 
latitude="52.700001" longitude="-8.916667" code="EINN" current="true"/>
