Dear Moderator I am inexperience to Lunchpad and Ubuntu forum, in term of the bug report and problems suggestion.
1st I post to the main ubuntu forum, http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1308022 there are a number of people confirm that problems. And I learn from other threads that if you found "a suspect bug" you got to go to lunchpad, where the developer work. So I start the 2nd Thread below. 2nd. So I went to Lunchpad to go to "Answer" => "Quesions" and start the thread there. ========= as followed ===>https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/87793 Please goto http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1308022 There are many people verified that they cannot visit www.thsolar.com I can access or browse immediately if I reboot to microsoft XP. Should I try to report as bug, but I don't know which package to report. ======================================== 3. Then I find the button, (I cannot find it or can't remember any more), which say something like up grade to bug or convert to bug..... sorry can't remember.... Since my intention was to report as suspected bug, so I decide to press that button. I did not realize that it will create 2nd thread in Lunchpad. So what should I do next?
