Filled in May 2007 - over 2 years ago - that's ridiculous. This may seem like a minor inconvenience, but tiny things like this make me wonder that maybe windows wasn't so bad after all.
I'm sorry to say, but Ubuntu is full of tiny supposedly insignificant bugs and it's flooded with enormous amount of race conditions.
