Just to experiment I created another folder and filled it with svgs to see until which point nautilus could handle. Here after 3 svgs nautilus says it is processing something, but it is pratically frozen for a lot of minutes. It is it, nautilus is processing the svgs, but very slowly, the program is pratically frozen when entering a folder with a few svgs( 4 was enough to pratically freeze it).
