Hi Halaliel,
Are you setup with auto-login? If so, you're going to get this prompt
since it is recommended you have a password for your keyring and since
there is no password given at login, you will be prompted for one when
an application needs access to the keyring. If you do login to Ubuntu,
then it is likely that your keyring password is not the same as your
login password. If this is the case, you can try the following:
1) Applications->Accessories->Terminal and run:
sudo mv ~/.gnome2/keyrings/login.keyring ~/.gnome2/keyrings/login.keyring.old
2) Quit the Ubuntu One client
3) Open the Ubuntu One client
4) Set your password for the keyring to be the same as your login password
