Hi, We've seen this error for at least one user and it appears to be
tied to the python-turkish locale, if not others. The current workaround
is to run syncdaemon with a different locale:
$> LANG=en_US.UTF-8 /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-syncdaemon
That will start the Ubuntu One syncdaemon with the US English locale.
This is a bug in how Python handles certain locales.
