Hi! I have the same notebook but I can't reproduce the bug with jaunty (maybe 'cause I'm using the i386 flavour with a 2.6.28 kernel). I was just thinking about upgrading to karmic x86_64 (this laptop has 4Gb of RAM) but after discover this bug report I'm not sure I'll do it! Maybe I'll wait for Lucid... Did you experienced the crash once again after reporting this bug?
