Encountered this today; I closed my laptop (causing it to go into standby) and then opened it ~10 minutes later. It seemed to start up and then go right back into standby. Annoyed, I hit the power button to wake it up again and it woke up normally, but with the "report problem" icon in my system tray. And so the report problem button brought me to this page and this is the problem it reported.
