Hi

My ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf file looked like:
[bandwidth_throttling]
on = True
read_limit = -1
write_limit = -1

Strange Thing: Throttling was not activated in the gui-config-menu of
ubuntu-one. I set manually in the syncdaemon.conf the option "on = True"
to "False". Then I tested it with different files. Seems to work like a
charm now.
