I marked this invalid because I discovered that I had bits and pieces of
Linux Mint in part of the /home files I'd copied over to the Karmic
install.
All seemed well after cleaning /home and more closely parsing the
contents transferred.
In other words, I did a sloppy job and had to clean it up.
