This bug affecting me as well on Ubuntu 9.10 64bit. The error only occurs when
usb adapter and usb camera are connected simultaneously. This error starts to
appear continuously just after I turn on the camera e.g using Skype. To stop
generating error, which is printed on 'dmesg', I just remove rt73usb module.
When the fault occurs I noticed that usb bus is also affected by this bug. None
of the connected usb devices work until reboot.
I'm using Gigabyte GA-MA78GPM-DS2H motherboard with SB700 chipset. Connecting
usb wifi adapter and usb camera into Intel platform do not generate the error -
both devices work properly.
