Hey guys, I have the same problem. I have been looking everywhere for an answer - this is very annoying! It is happening on my laptop, as soon as it gets hooked up (via VGA-OUT) to my external LCD. It flickers for 1/10 of a second e v e r y few seconds, making the system "unusable". It's disturbing on a big screen. I did n o t have this problem on Jaunty, though. I have tried Kubuntu, Ubuntu, UNR (all Karmic) - all with the same result. What to do?
I have the same video card: 7300go with 185 drivers. If I use the 173 drivers, I can't even access or make it work via nvidia xconfig. What's up there?? O,o Is there any way to fix this?
