Hi, I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Are you
using NetworkManager? If not, then you may need to try using our PPA
version which contains a fix for those users not using NetworkManager:

The mobile broadband is not working (in the 9.04 version worked perfectly). I
