Thanks for attaching that, we'll let a kernel developer decide what's
going on - ACPI is a standard for power management, and is in the domain
of the kernel as it uses modules that implement power management.  I'll
mark this bug as Triaged so a developer can have a look, but please do
let us know if this works with a Karmic LiveCD, or even a Lucid
development LiveCD, as the developer may request that you try that.
