This is clearly a regression. I tested with Cheese, the picture quality is bad (highly saturated). Same observation as the first bug report with Skype (full green picture). Checked with Ubuntu 9.10 64-bits and 9.10 32-bits.
lsusb gives: Bus 002 Device 005: ID 046d:08a2 Logitech, Inc. Labtec WebCam Pro This was perfectly working with Ubuntu 8.10 64-bits (with Skype, Ekiga and Cheese). Thanks to keep it open.
