I've got the same message on dmesg. My system can boot but it freezes/hangs frequently for many minutes before coming back alive. The message dosn't appear on the screen with the latest up to date Karmic x86_64 (maybe due to usplash).
I try the latest kernel 2.6.32.2 from here : http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.32.2/ Now, the message appear during the boot despite of usplash. It is the exact same message with the exact same addresses.
