It happend when my computer that had a wireless LAN, got connected to wired LAN and the wireless LAN was dissconnected. I did a dissconnect and then a connect to the "cloud" icon, and then it wont start, just want me to report this bug. And (of course) I cant sync my UbuntuOne-files. I will try to remove the .cache/ubuntuone as Allan wrote (actually just rename it) and .local/share/ubuntuone and see what happens.
