I tend to agree that this is not a bug but more a proper system shutdown to 
prevent damage. 
Nevertheless I attached the requested files (missing the var.log from 
suspend... it is not working with my notebook).

The reason for the heavy CPU load is the adobe flash player plugin. The
critical trip point incident occurs when visiting web sites with heavy
flash contents, e.g. live TV www.zattoo.com. It is quite reproducible.

Do you have a proposal how to hunt this down?
