The web interface is fixed. The "My Files" link apparently was timing out in the UI as you described and hiding the files. I was able to access files fine.
However, the web interface is still not accepting any changes. I've cleared the web interface of any old files to prevent conflicts, and even removed and re-added my computer afterwards. The server still refuses to accept any new files and capacity remains at 0.0% and 0KB. I've left the client running and clicking on it says files are up to date and that it is connected, but the tool tip shows that it is stuck on updating files, and the icon has yet to go away. The Ubuntu One folder also shows that it is connected.
