The bug is connected with my hardware and/or keyboard (laptop HP NX9420 rh450ea - http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=3176 ).
Actually GNOME does not recognize hitting simultaneously "ctrl+shift" keys. I've tried assigning a key combination in "Keyboard Shortcuts" and when I hit "ctrl+shift+escape", the program shows that I press "ctrl+escape" only. The shift key works when it is hit and the "shift + escape" combination is recognized, too. -- 'ctrl+shift+right/left arrow' does not select the word https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/499924 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
