same for Firefox and Nautilus.

I have the workaround now: The problem appears just after a while when working
with many windows and on the big screen. But with the settings in "CompizConfig
Settings Manager"
"Force synchronization between X and GLX" and "Fix screen updates in XGL with
fglrx"
it is possible to switch to another terminal - for example CRTL+ALT+F1 and back
to X (CTRL+ALT+F7). This is for me fixing the problems.
