I haven't had a lockup for a month but I'm not sure it's actually fixed
or not. I've done two things since the last lockup that might have
increased the stability of my system.

1.) A couple of days after my last lockup, I upgraded my hard disk to a
larger one. There was nothing wrong with the old one, as far as I know,
I just needed more space. I never got any errors on the old disk and I
ran smartctl on it a two days ago and got no errors.

2.) When I installed my new disk I also installed openSUSE 11.2 and I've
been running that ever since.
