I can confirm the issue is still present with kernel 2.6.32-11-generic (lucid). Firstly, it takes a while (about 1 min) to enter true "suspension" (based on the sound of fans, etc). Once my laptop is suspended, pressing the power button turns on hard disk & fans, but I never see anything but a blank screen. Is there further information I can provide?
