Thank you for your argument! I've passed it upstream.
However, I don't agree that Nautilus should have to defend any feature
and function it has. It makes no sense and would only require more work
from the developers since they'd have to spend a lot of time defending
decisions made a long time ago. If you want to change something, fine,
but you do have to provide a reason why it should be changed, as you did
here.
