Hi Jake, Please open a terminal (Applications --> Accessories --> Terminal. Now type the following command "apport-collect -p alsa-base 490127" (without the brackets) & then follow the prompts. This will submit information about your sound hardware that will help us to debug this issue for you. Thanks in advance.
