Can you do the following:
1. Have a look at bug 513690 and bug 463059. These are problems
occurring with the Foomatic/Postscript driver. bug 463059 has a proposed
fix in comment #25. Try out this fix. Perhaps it solves also your
problem.
2. Create a new print queue for your printer using system-config-printer
(System -> Administration -> Printing). Select "HP LaserJet 3020 3030
Postscript" as the driver, NOT "Foomatic/Postscript". Try also different
connection types, like network.
Please report your results here, do both 1. and 2. even if the first
possibility you try already works. Report for both possibilities whether
they work for you or not.
